i bought Mobese fat burner pills (By La Muscle) recommended to me by a personal trainer. otherwise i wouldn't trust them... but one of his other clients lost 15kg introducing them into her diet since January 08. that's incredible so i will try it out. it's $100 for 90 pills, from punchsupplements.co.nz free delivery & extremely fast delivery! they are on their way already and only ordered them about an hour ago

this morning we went for a 23 minute run, i had to stop because my ankles were playing up. every time i hit the concrete it felt like the bones from my foot up to ankle were compacting (or something) so we stretched them for awhile. it's probably because i didn't get to stretch before he arrived

last night i did 1hour of Taebo bootcamp
it hurt in a way that i don't hurt from running (a good thing)
it must be all the kicking and squats and boxing too... i might have a rest tonight, or go swimming.

Monday, February 18, 2008

Last night I walked 10 minutes on the treadmill (before breaking it trying to lubricate it, the belt seems to have slipped off)
This morning, Bay took me for a run at 5.30am. We ran 29minutes, about 4km.

Yesterday I mostly ate fruit, except lunch was homemade thai chicken curry with white rice.
Dinner was couscous mixed with toasted sunflower seeds & a small chicken breast wrapped in bacon, stuffed with fresh herbs & capsicum.

Today I’ve only had water, 2 pieces of pineapple & tea. Starting to get hungry, it’s only 9am.

Bay took my measurements this morning and they haven’t really changed except I’ve lost 2kg. How does that work? Maybe he’s not measuring me properly

Sunday, February 17, 2008

Friday 3km run plus boxing and ab work
Saturday swam 30 laps
Sunday 3km run

Can fruit be bad for you?
Today I’ve had an organic honey bar, 1 peach, 1 banana, 1 plum. I still have an apple, nectarine & tomato. It’s damage control for the weekend. It was my dad’s wedding and also yesterday at my friends house I ate pizza, pie & donuts…

Wednesday, February 13, 2008

I ran 38min 02sec this morning (personal best) It was just under 5km. We set off about 5.30am. It was dark and rainy. It was hard going since I live in an area that has tonnes of hills with sneaky inclines that last about 500metres.

I also weighed 59.2kg this morning! I have been struggling to get down to 59.9 so that made me really happy.
I baked chocolate cupcakes and a cake for Valentines Day, I did a taste test last night and just have to say No today! (it’s for work)

Monday, February 11, 2008

i swam 22 laps last night, too many idiots in the pool to keep swimming.
then i ran 10 minutes, several minutes at 9kph.
not the best, better than nothing.

1 apricot
½ nectarine

Lunch:
4 x white bread with margarine
2 cheese slices
¼ tin spaghetti

Dinner:
Homemade bacon & egg pie
1 potato, diced & roasted with herbs
4 slices cucumber in vinegar (yuck why do they always put vinegar on it)
2 satay chicken skewers

i also have reguarly been seeing 59.8 and 59.9 on the scales
i saw a photo of me from 2005 when i was 57kg, i was so small!

Wednesday, February 6, 2008

last night i ran 900 metres after dinner, and this morning at 5.30am I ran 4.55km's (it took 35minutes)
i had 2 pieces of vogels with margerine & vegemite for breakfast, plus 2 cups of tea.
i was 59.9kg on the scales which is huge motivation :)
but yesterday we went to Maraetai beach for waitangi day and stopped at a bakery
i ate:
- 1/2 mince & cheese pie
- 1/2 steak & chesse pie
- chocolate eclair (no cream inside though)
- cream donut
- 1 bite of roberts custard pie
- 1 vogels chicken sandwich
- 1/2 bottle of sprite zero

not very good, then went home & i cooked from scratch a saddle of lamb roll stuffed with spinach & mushrooms (the stuffing also had lamb seasoning, some mascarpone & butter) plus a side of potato. it's a chef Gordon Ramsay recipe :)

i need to start doing everything robert does exercise wise because he's so good & has so much determination & doesn't talk himself out of exercise for no good reason

Wednesday, January 23, 2008

On Tuesday I ran 19minutes 38seconds, in the sweltering heat. “heat training”, it was tough.
This morning (at 5.30am) I ran 32 minutes, 30seconds. It might have been that the weather was cool but I could have kept going, it wasn’t easy but not hard either.
Still no improvement on weight loss, this morning I was 60.6kg, have been anywhere from 60.0 to 61.0, no 50’s yet :(

Tuesday, January 15, 2008

60.3kg at the end of the day, then I ran for 31minutes. The last minute I ran at a speed of 9kph. If that’s how fast I have to run to finish Round the Bays in an hour or less, I’m screwed…
I remember a month ago, 5 minutes running was so hard!! It’s only going to get easier and better…

After that, I guess I sweated out some water weight & was down to 60.0kg. I was still retaining water & probably was heavy from eating all day so it won’t be long until I’m back in the 50’s.

Todays menu…

Breakfast:
2 weetbix with blue top milk

Morning Tea:
1 prune
½ punnet blueberries
tiny nectarine

Lunch:
Tiny pork steak, Robert ate half of it
1 white bread
1 cheese slice
1 tablespoon spaghetti
2 pineapple rings

I forgot to add something… ½ a giant mallowpuff… I didn’t even really want it, I have no desire to eat chocolate right now but it was just there… Robert ate the rest.

Thursday, January 10, 2008

Last night: 60.7kg! Can I now safely say I’m no longer stuck on 61, 62, 63kg? Coz that was depressing. How did I put on 5kg? I keep wondering that -- but then I KNOW how. I stopped exercising & started eating too much. And incredibly I thought 57kg was gross… now I want to be 57 so bad… :(

This morning I had a piece of wheatmeal toast, with vegemite. I just knew it wouldn’t fill me up & I’ve already eaten 2 apricots, 2 orange wedges, 2 cherries, bunch of red grapes plus 2 hot drinks & several cups of water. It’s not bad, because its only fruit I guess? We’re going to walk to grafton in an hour. Robert’s going to buy me whatever I want… I want a Vege Sub but thinking of the bread. Might get sushi instead, At least that will give me some energy for a workout with my PT tonight.

I want to try a watermelon diet with boiled fish at nights, but I’m going to be so deprived if that happens. & probably never want to eat watermelon again.

Wednesday, January 9, 2008

afterwards i weighed in at 60.5

Dinner:
1 oven roasted chicken wing
1/2 roasted courgette, drizzled in soya bean oil

Proud

Last night B came over for a PT session. It was pouring with rain but I still wanted to go running outdoors. my goal was to run to the top of CP Road. It's about 1.2km's but has a few sneaky inclines. The very first time I attempted to run this, I got to 1min40sec before wanting to pass out, you know i was sweating, panting, all red & hot... after barely even 2minutes!!! I did work up to about 4 minutes & even that was extremely hard on my body.
I did make it to the end of CP Road once & it took me about 15 minutes. It was HARD! I did it again on Christmas day & it was still hard!
Anyway, last night we set off to get to the end of CP Road. I halved my original time, it took about 6minutes. yay! But we didn't stop there - we kept running about 500 metres. I wanted to stop so bad, but I knew it was all in my head because my lungs weren't burning, my legs weren't aching. I think I'm afraid of pushing myself too hard in case I fail.
I ran all the way home & the hardest part was the incline about 100metres from the finish line. It took 20minutes 20seconds & it was 3km's.

I know there are people who can run 5km, 10km etc. & probably think 3km is nothing but I've come from struggling to run 30seconds to now being about to easily run 20minutes.

Dinner last night:
whole oven roasted zucchini
1 small oven roasted chicken wing
cup of boiled brown rice

Breakfast this morning:
2 strawberries
250mL full fat milk - yuck! but there was nothing else.
27gm slimming powder
about 8 blueberries

Morning Tea:
Organic Raisin & Manuka Honey bar (174cals! but so worth it)

Lunch:
Salad with 1/2 tsp french dressing
1/4cup brown rice
1 tin tuna (amazingly my lunch was extremely filling)
lite vanilla yoghurt even though i was full

about 4 cups of milk tea

Weight last night: 60.8! I told B I wasn't worried about losing weight over Christmas/New Year - I was only worried about putting it on, & I haven't!!

Monday, January 7, 2008

Last night's exercise:
10minute run (treadmill), 15 minute walk
abs

I am really hungry today, I caved in.

Breakfast:
2 weetbix with 1/4cup full milk

Morning Tea:
1 nectarine
1 apricot
2 baby carrots

Snack:
Raisin & Manuka honey bar... I spent ages looking for something healthy in work's 'snack box', i think a 100g bar of sugar free chocolate was less calories than the raisin bar, but it must have more nutritional value than chocolate.

It seems to have shut up the FEED ME voice screaming at me in my head :(

Sunday, January 6, 2008

Last night we ran 3 laps (total 2.73km) & walked 2 laps (total 1.82km).
on Thursday, I rode just over 1km to drop something off (instead of driving) with Robert running behind me. We swapped over on the way back. It seemed harder than usual, maybe there was a slight incline in the road, not sure. Then I made myself run a lap which is 910metres. it was really hard for some reason. Maybe because it was still daylight & people could see me & it affected my focus.

Thinking of buying a yoga DVD. I have some ashram yoga video but I don't own a video & it's quality is not that amazing...
I am keen to dedicate myself to something else other than running/stair climbing. I've got Taebo, striptease & dance DVD's that are gathering dust so hopefully it won't be a waste of money. Atleast I know I don't really enjoy those types of exercise.

Food
Breakfast:
1 cup milk tea
1 WW breakfast bar

Morning Tea:
1-2 sips V8 Tropical - didn't finish it, tasted a bit off.
1 baby carrot

Lunch:
2 x molenberg
2tsp Flora spread
1 can WW minestrone soup
1 baby carrot

not too bad. it's hardly anything. writing it down always makes it look so much more.

tomorrow night, i'm training with PT.

Thursday, January 3, 2008

Lunch is the hardest meal. It’s when I want something hot, heavy & delicious.
We usually walk down to the Grafton shops, mostly for the walk. This past week Robert’s been visiting the Turkish shop almost daily… their burgers are to die for, & their hot chips… mouth-watering, they put something amazing on their chips. Today is the first day I resisted eating them, I also didn’t have a bite of Robert’s burger (he only got one today). We didn’t walk either, we drove. Lazy!

I bought sushi for dinner. 3 x salmon pces, 1 x salmon&cream cheese pce, 1 x surimi pce, 1 x inari “brown bag sushi”) I wanted more but then I was interrupted by someone I know & worried I would look greedy.

I had my grainy bread roll & watery soup – it was WW Minestrone. I guess the reason it’s Weight Watchers is because it’s 99% water with a few lumpy bits!?
Tasty though, & I kept drooling over my sushi in the fridge… but forced myself to leave it alone & wait until dinner! My stomach surprised me & felt FULL! After such a tiny meal!
To cope with the sudden hunger pangs I’m drinking loads of tea while everyone else goes for tea with biscuits.

Food

Yesterday

Breakfast:
Toasted muesli - 180cals
Goulburn 2 Fruits - ?

Morning Tea:
Nectarine, small
V8 Vege Juice - 100cals

Lunch:
Orange

Dinner:
Fettucine Bolognese
1 slice bread
1 tsp margerine
salad
1 roasted potato

Drinks:
About 5 cups of milk (trim) tea
1 glass of Coke, not sure if it was Coke Zero though...

It sounds more than it is, I guess. Except Thursday dinner, as usual is heavy.

Exercise:
2km bike ride
2km run

Weight: 61kg

Today:

Breakfast:
1 Fresh & Fruity yoghurt

Morning Tea:
Raw baby carrots- apparently there are 5cals per 15grams of baby carrots??
I have a 300gram bag, it's quite big so will last a few days.

Lunch:
I plan on having a Weight Watchers soup with 1 wholemeal bread roll, I put a tsp of margerine on it for some reason (don't usually bother with spreads)

If i get really hungry, I say THINK OF THE DRESS & it seems to curb my appetite... then I make tea, hopefully several cups of tea with milk is not damaging my insides or making me put on weight but yeah, if I get really, really hungry I do have a 250mL bottle of V8 vege juice but it's 99cals. I know that walking 20minutes of my treadmill burns 100 cals, is the V8 worth it? not really...
