Last night's exercise:
10minute run (treadmill), 15 minute walk
abs

I am really hungry today, I caved in.

Breakfast:
2 weetbix with 1/4cup full milk

Morning Tea:
1 nectarine
1 apricot
2 baby carrots

Snack:
Raisin & Manuka honey bar... I spent ages looking for something healthy in work's 'snack box', i think a 100g bar of sugar free chocolate was less calories than the raisin bar, but it must have more nutritional value than chocolate.

It seems to have shut up the FEED ME voice screaming at me in my head :(
